Dynamic Training Plans
A Dynamic Training Plan allows a Coach with a Training Peaks Coach Edition Account to build and manage a single exercise schedule which immediately updates the calendar of every user subscribed to the plan. Unlike a traditional plan, where the buyer or the coach must decide when to start the plan, a Dynamic Plan is intended to be used in real-time.
These types of training plans will be most suitable if we have a few sign up for club races such as the winter grand prix series, or swanage triathlon, or the south water relays.
They will only work if they all want to follow the same training plan, as I would write one plan where sessions are set on specific days, e.g. phoenix swims on weds and Fridays
That is, if you schedule a workout for Wednesday the 21st, it will appear on EVERYONE's calendar on Wednesday the 21st. As the plan is changed, for example, moving the Wednesday workout to Friday, everyone's workout will be immediately changed to Friday. All changes or additions to the plan are immediately reflected in everyone's calendar that is subscribed to the plan.
I would literally manage a single plan for a group of athletes doing the same event, and everyone will get updates in real-time. Any user that subscribes to the plan is free to log their own workouts against the plan too, making it super easy and powerful for your clients to track their plan vs. actual and stay on track.

Each client on the plan would however have their sessions tracked, analysed, and monitored by their coach. We have different options if you would like to have a coach call and a review of your sessions and annual training planning. These can be monthly, 3 or 6 monthly.

Dynamic training plans are great for working with groups of athletes all training for the same, or similar, events. A dynamic plan can be applied to multiple athletes and when you make edits to the master plan it will update in each of the athletes' calendars in real-time!

If you are the type of athlete that is very self-sufficient, will not be looking for a lot of “pep talks”, schedule and race modifications and do not a need a lot of back and forth with your coach, a dynamic training plan may be for you.
