Sub max power and fitness testing on the Wattbike
When was the last time you tested your functional threshold power and pedalling efficiency ?
We're running fitness testing at the Tribal gym in Chertsey Surrey on a wattbike using a submax test, a 3 minute mmp test and a 20 minute threshold test. The results and interpretation of data will help you to put real time stats to use into a structure training program.
You'll find out your current accurate training zones for power and heart rate, pedalling efficiency and power split, learn how to pedal more efficiently with bespoke cycling drills.
