Wattbike pedalling efficiency and fitness testing

 

  • Improve your pedalling skills and efficiency by up to 20% and average speed by up to 1-2mph using the polar spins can analysis

  • Fitness testing to find out your Vo2 max, heart rate and power zones with the sub maximal test.

  • 3 minute maximum minute power test, 6 seconds and 30 seconds test, and 20 minute lactate threshold test.
